CLASSIC CHICKEN MARSALA

Fully Cooked Grilled Chicken Breast (Chicken Breast, Water, Sea Salt, Dehydrated Garlic, Black Pepper), Marsala Sauce (Water, Marsala Wine, Mushroom, Heavy Cream [Heavy Cream, Carrageenan], Butter [Cream], Mushroom Base [Sautéed Mushrooms, Organic Maltodextrin, Olive Oil, Yeast Extract, Salt, Mushroom Concentrate, Organic Cane Sugar, Onion Powder, Natural Flavor], Modified Food Starch, Sugar, Concentrated Chicken Broth, Shallot, Salt, Yeast Extract, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper), Enriched Pasta (Semolina [Milled Wheat, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid], Whole Eggs, Annatto Powder), Butter (Cream, Salt).
How to Prepare:
Bring a sauce pot with 8 cups of water and 2 tsp of salt to a boil over high heat. Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook for 6 to 8 minutes until al dente. Drain the pasta in a colander; set aside.
Meanwhile, preheat a sauté pan over medium-high heat. Remove chicken from packaging and pat dry with paper towels. Add 1 tbsp oil to the pan and once hot, add the chicken and sear for 1 to 2 minutes on both sides. (Cook until internal temperature of chicken reaches 165˚F)
Add the marsala sauce, 2 tbsp of water and butter pats to the pan and allow to heat through. Baste the chicken with the sauce and keep warm. Add the pasta to the chicken and marsala sauce and mix well to combine
Serve the chicken marsala between plates.
